sorry... i said in the post below that no one wanted to see this... and probably still no one does... but i'm posting it anyway.I took this out my window this evening (no crop)... i'll post some pictures of my new gear tonite or something to make up for this one.

It really is perfect... better than the other squirrel shot. Tell me you didn't do any Photoshopping on the lighting. The "vignette" effect with the sides in relative shadow, really brings the eye to the subject.. If it's natural, then many bonus points to you! Reminds me of some of Ansel Adams' stuff (take that not to your head :o).

Wow, that is a sharp picture of a squirrel sitting amongst berries (?) in the tree. Nice color contrast between the red and the brown. Whatever equipment you were using, it is good.
its my Canon 20d with my new 70-200f4 L lens :)
