Jeff wrote a letter to the owners of the property and got a response that said go for it, its scheduled for demolition soon... so we came by and shot with letter in hand.

How lucky to be able to shoot a place before it gets demolished. It's like capturing a piece of history before it turns to dust. That desk in the middle of the abandoned room was a little creepy. Happy New Year's to you and your family.
